Today was my first time going to Simply Marie’s, but I have to say that I felt the service was exceptional and the food was extremely delicious. I wasn’t expecting a carry out feel but despite it being a quant place the tables were clean and my family and I sat down and enjoyed our meal, we will be back. I love that the staff asked if everything was good to give an opportunity for feedback.

Simply Marie's is a great place for breakfast or lunch on the weekends. Absolutely love this place! Sad that it took me a couple years of living in Canton to discover this place. Now that I have, am a regular customer. Food is always delicious. Never disappointed. Recently my go-to meals have been a BLT on white bread or a steak, egg, and cheese everything bagel sandwich. Don't forget to add a side of home fries! You won't be disappointed.
You ever visit a place and you immediately realize it's special? That there's no real reason it's here and that it's not going to last forever. Simply Marie's is that place. It's a breakfast spot on a corner in a totally residential neighborhood. And the entire place is powered by the love and energy of one woman. The only person working. Marie Branch. The food is literally made with love. We got the pancakes and they were divine. A little crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The bacon was great also. There's only one table and about 8 stools. The decorations are a shrine to Adam Jones and proud photos of her son's graduation. This is true Baltimore. Run, do not walk to Marie's.
Simply Marie's is exceptional! Stopped in for my birthday breakfast. It was our first time. We lucked up and came during a time the dine in space was available. There are 7 or so dine sits, so be prepared to take your food with you, maybe to Caton Park, which is 2 blocks away. Breakfast was very tasty and well prepared, and you can choose from many menu options. I had #5 (breakfast meat, eggs, home fries instead of grits, and wheat toast with jam). Portions and cost were on point. I love the service at the place, and the chef/owner was so friendly. I felt like I was at my auntie's house. I highly recommend this place.
Simply Marie’s is simply THE BEST. These are the best pancakes I’ve EVER had. We didn’t leave a bite left on the plate. The owner was very kind/friendly. The inside is clean but small (takeout if you don’t get there early) and the family story is so sweet. We will definitely be back!

Great experience overall. We ordered pancakes, sausage and gravy over biscuits, and an omelet. Everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. Well-priced, great portion sizes. compared to other local brunch spots, this place is the best bang for your buck. Everything was flavored well but not overly done. Service was excellent from the phone order to pick-up. Will definitely be returning in the future!
